1. Amendments to these rules may be at the Clubs monthly meetings with approval of two thirds of the elected committee members present.
2. Notice of any proposed amendment must be given in writing to the club secretary at least twenty-eight days prior to the meeting at which the proposed amendment is to be moved.
3. A motion to amend club rules shall be specific and shall refer to the section and number concerned, specifying the words to be deleted and/or the words (if any) to be inserted.
4. Particulars of the proposed amendment shall be included in the agenda and circulated to all official club members at least fourteen days prior to the meeting at which the proposed amendment is to be moved.
